Springcare Ltd in Knutsford is seeking a Team Leader Nights to join our 24‑hour care team. You will lead a team of care assistants on nights and work alongside the nurse in charge to ensure high standards of care.

The role requires a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, experience administering medication, and proven leadership in a similar setting. Night shifts run 8pm–8am with permanent contracts and opportunities for CPD.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience administering medication.
• Proven leadership in a care setting.
• Ability to work night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of care assistants.
• Administer medications as required.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Support residents with personal care.
• Coordinate with nurse in charge and external clinicians.
• Apply dressings and take samples when needed.
• Ensure safety and safeguarding of residents.
