Job summary

Salveo Care is seeking a Night Team Leader for Cherry Tree House in Wendover. You will lead shifts, ensure safe medication administration and support a caring team delivering high-quality resident care.

You’ll review care plans and risk assessments, complete quality audits, and liaise with residents, families and healthcare professionals. Expect ongoing leadership development as Wendover Manor opens.

About The Role

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming and positive environment where residents receive exceptional care and your team feel supported.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who leads with kindness, integrity and confidence.

You’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional care, naturally encourage those around you, and understand that the smallest details can make the biggest difference to a resident's day.

You’ll ideally have previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader, be confident administering medication and leading shifts, and hold (or be willing to work towards) a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

Required Criteria

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 and/or relevant experience in medication administration, care planning and the delivery of care to residents.
