Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader for the night shift to guide a team of Care Assistants in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. You will ensure residents feel safe, respected, and independent, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with colleagues.

Experience in dementia care and person-centred planning is essential, with NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care advantageous.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
