Runwood Homes Limited is seeking a proactive Care Team Leader to oversee a team of Care Assistants and deliver person-centred care across our residents. You will plan and provide high-quality care, maintain records, and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure safety and dignity.

You will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, manage medication administration, and contribute to continuous training and safeguarding. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (advantageous, not essential).

• Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver person-centred care.
• Plan and provide high-quality care to residents ensuring safety, respect and independence.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
