Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader to plan and provide high-quality care, ensuring residents feel safe, respected and independent. You will lead Care Assistants, maintain records, and communicate with colleagues to uphold top care standards.

The role also involves supporting Home/Deputy Managers, handling medications, and conducting audits. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential. Career progression opportunities exist within Runwood Homes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants to uphold high care standards.

• Handle medication responsibilities and perform medication audits.
