Job summary

Runwood Homes Ltd is seeking a Care Team Leader for day and night shifts to oversee a team of Care Assistants and deliver person-centred care across our homes. You will plan, monitor, and communicate to ensure residents feel safe, respected, and independent, while maintaining high standards of clinical care and safety.

The role involves supporting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, managing medication, and contributing to audits and care planning. NVQ Level 3 is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Experience with person-centred care planning.
• Knowledge of dementia care approaches.
• Experience with medication administration and audits.
