Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader to plan and deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintain accurate records, and work closely with the Home Manager to ensure safety, dignity, and independence.

Experience in dementia care and leading teams is preferred; NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous. We offer comprehensive induction, ongoing training, weekly pay, and opportunities for progression.
