Job summary

Care South in Poole is looking for a dedicated Night Care Team Leader to manage and deliver high-quality care to our residents. You will need proven leadership skills and the ability to support your team effectively during shifts.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care and be competent in medication administration. In addition to a generous salary up to £33,370 per annum, we offer a unique Welcome Bonus of £750 for joining our team!

Night Care Team Leader

Location: 1 Crichel Mount Road, Poole, BH14 8LT

Pay: Up to £33,370 per annum and a £750 welcome bonus

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 19:45 – 08:00 (To include alternate weekends)

You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.

What you will be doing:

• Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents
• Managing the safety and supervision of night staff
• Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift.
• Administration of medication to residents.
• Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families.
• Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South values.
