Care South Dorset House in Poole is seeking a Night Care & Support Assistant to join our compassionate team. Shift is 19:45–08:00, with alternate weekends; full time, part time and bank roles available.

A one-off £500 welcome bonus is offered to new hires, with terms apply. No prior care experience is required; candidates with customer service or community support backgrounds are warmly encouraged to apply.

About The Role

Role: Night Care & Support Assistant

Location: Dorset House, Coles Avenue, Hamworthy, Poole, BH15 4HL

Pay: £13.05 – £13.30 per hour and a £500 welcome bonus

Hours: Full Time, Part Time & Bank

Shift Pattern: 19:45 – 08:00, to include alternate weekend working
