Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Night Care Team Leader at The Croft Care Home in Buckinghamshire. You will lead the night shift, supervise care staff and support residents with personal care, promoting independence and wellbeing.

You will oversee medication administration, record-keeping, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals. We offer £14.36 per hour, 42 hours per week, refer-a-friend scheme, funded training up to QCF Level 5, pension and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
• At least 2 years experience in social care
• QCF Level 2 (or above)
• 42 hours per week (night shifts)
• Availability to work alternate weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
• Support residents with personal care and daily living
• Encourage independence and wellbeing
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management
