Job summary

The Orders of St John Care Trust is seeking a Night Care Leader at Langford View in Bicester. You will lead a small night-time care team to safeguard residents, review care plans, and ensure accurate records while supporting wellbeing and comfort throughout the night.

You will have a strong background in health and social care with leadership experience, and you will be prepared to undertake relevant training to advance your career within a warm, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be prepared to study for NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience leading a team to deliver care.
• Willingness to undertake training to support career development.

Responsibilities
