Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Willingness to study for NVQ Level 3
• Experience leading a care team
• Strong communication and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of carers to deliver care
• Maintain wakeful watch on residents' safety during night shifts
• Ensure care plans are reviewed and records updated
• Manage time for self and team to support residents' wellbeing
