Lifeways in Colchester is seeking a Night Support Worker to help ensure the safety, comfort and wellbeing of the people we support during overnight hours. You will work 10pm–8am on a 3-night-per-week rota, providing personal care and support as needed.
You will be part of a caring team, receive training and development, and contribute to meaningful activities that promote independence and dignity for residents. This role offers solid career progression within a supportive organisation.
