Job summary

The Lakes Care Centre is seeking a Night Care Leader in South Cerney for night shifts (8:00pm–8:00am). You will lead a small team of carers, oversee wakeful supervision, ensure care plans are reviewed, and maintain accurate records to support residents’ wellbeing.

NVQ Level 3 progression is encouraged; previous leadership in a care home is preferred. You’ll join a compassionate, resident-centered team in a not-for-profit environment with weekend enhancements available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or working toward it.
• Experience in leading a care team to deliver quality care.
• Willingness to study for NVQ Level 3 to support career progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of carers and maintain wakeful watch on residents' safety.
• Ensure care plans are reviewed and records are accurate.
• Manage time for self and team to support residents' wellbeing.
