The ideal candidate will have NVQ qualifications, strong communication, and a passion for mentoring colleagues in a nurturing environment.

Qualificações

• Must have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or be working toward it (Level 3).
• Experience leading a care team and delivering person-centred care.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small team of carers on night shifts.
• Maintain accurate care records and review care plans.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents and the home.
