Boutique Care Homes is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to provide compassionate support in a warm, home-like setting. You will help residents with daily living activities, meals, and mobility during night shifts, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the overnight period.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, respecting dignity and preferences.
• Support mobility and transfers to ensure safety and independence.
• Serve nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide companionship, emotional support and social engagement to reduce loneliness.
• Help with light housekeeping and maintain clean, safe environment.
• Maintain accurate records of care and changes in residents' condition.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols; report changes to Line Manager.
• Attend team meetings and participate in activities to enhance resident life.
