Job summary

Home Group is seeking a dedicated night worker to ensure safety, security and a welcoming environment for residents. You will monitor CCTV, respond to incidents and support neighbours, while coordinating with the wider team as needed.

Qualifications

• Calm under pressure and communicate clearly.
• Experience in supporting others, personally or professionally.
• Good judgement and clear communication.
• Able to intervene sensitively to prevent issues.

Responsibilities

• Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas.
• Greet customers and visitors, handle repairs or cleaning tasks.
• Provide first-line support for customers when others aren’t around.
• Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to manage anti-social behaviour.
