Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners to join The Old Vicarage in Swinderby, Lincoln, to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will help with daily activities and accompany residents on community trips, providing compassionate, person‑centred care.

Starting rates are Level 1 £13.12, Level 2 £13.62, Level 3 £14.62 per hour, with progression via our competency framework.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for care and helping others.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to drive and use a company vehicle after licence verification.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities and accompany residents on community trips.
• Contribute to helping residents live fulfilling, independent lives.
