Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Night Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants and work closely with the Deputy General Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will support the clinical team, assist with medication, assessments and care plans, while ensuring residents are treated with dignity in a warm, welcoming environment. Ongoing training opportunities are provided to grow within the role.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
• Commitment to ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Ensure residents are treated with dignity and receive personalised, high-quality care.
