Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Night Care Assistant to look after residents in a care home. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas like medication, assessments and care plans.

You will need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, and demonstrate warm-hearted, compassionate care with a commitment to personalised support. Training and career development are available.

Responsibilities
