Barchester Healthcare Limited is seeking a Senior Night Care Assistant to care for residents with warmth and person-centred approach. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments and care plans.

You will bring an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with a focus on elderly care. The role offers development opportunities and a rewarding environment dedicated to dignity

Formación

• Clinical care for the elderly.
• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required/preferred.
• Strong commitment to dignity and person-centred care.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Deliver care that respects residents’ dignity and supports their individual needs.
