Colten Care invites applications for a Night Care Assistant at St Catherine’s View Home in Winchester. The role requires empathy, reliability and a hands-on approach to supporting residents through night duties, with paid breaks and a competitive hourly rate.

You will join an award-winning, family-owned care home group that emphasises person-centered care, ongoing training, and clear pathways for progression within a supportive team.

• No prior care experience is required; full induction and training are provided.

• Support residents during night shifts with daily living activities.
