Job summary

Colten Care's Canford Chase in Poole, Dorset, is seeking a friendly Care Assistant to join our team for 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with paid breaks. You’ll be supported by our Nursing team 24 hours a day and welcomed into a culture focused on care and progression.

We offer an excellent pay rate (£13.09–£15.41 per hour), paid breaks, a complimentary meal, and real career progression through training and development opportunities at our award-winning care home group.

• Compassion is essential and you’ll be hands-on with residents.
• No prior care experience is required; comprehensive induction and ongoing training are provided.
