Job summary

Colten Care’s Kingfishers in New Milton, Hampshire, is hiring a dedicated Care Assistant to join our friendly team. We offer an excellent hourly rate, paid breaks, and real career progression within a luxury care home environment.

You’ll be hands-on with residents, supported by our Nursing team 24 hours a day, with a comprehensive induction and ongoing training to help you develop. 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Compassion is in your nature.
• You’re willing to be hands-on with residents and help them whenever needed.
• You’re organised, hard-working, resilient, with good observation skills, attention to detail and a sense of fun.
• You don’t need to have experience.

Responsibilities
