Colten Care is seeking a compassionate Health Care Assistant at Abbey View, Sherborne, Dorset. This role offers 42 hours per week, days with alternate weekends, and includes paid breaks and a complimentary meal. Excellent rate of pay and real career progression are highlighted, with Nursing team guidance available 24/7.

We provide in-house training, opportunities to gain qualifications, and a clear path to Senior Care Lead progression through our Learning and Development team.

• No prior care experience required; personal qualities matter most.
• Comprehensive induction and ongoing training provided from day one.
