Job summary
Renaissance Care Meadowlark in Forres is seeking a dedicated Night-shift Care Assistant to join our team. You will support residents with daily living, promote wellbeing, and help deliver person-centred care plans.
Each shift brings variety as you engage in 1:1 activities, support mealtimes, and work with a multi-disciplinary team; full training is provided, and SVQ2 is beneficial but not essential.
Qualifications
- SVQ2 in social care is beneficial but not essential.
- Previous care sector experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Promote nutrition and hydration through mealtime support.
- Engage residents in 1:1 activities and meaningful interactions.
