Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Ensure continuity of services to residents.
• Assist with personal hygiene and promote independence and dignity.
• Recognise clinical risks (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and raise promptly.
• Treat residents and visitors courteously and maintain safe working practices.
• Contribute to the care team and follow reasonable instructions.
