• Deliver high standards of personal care, supporting continuity of services for residents.
• Assist residents with all personal hygiene care, protecting their independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise and understand clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls and signs of infection, and escalate them promptly.
• Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality.
• Follow safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
