Job description

Care Assistant on nights at Winchester Heights Care Home, one of Avery Healthcare Group's care homes for older people. The work centres on personal care, from hygiene support protecting dignity to spotting early signs of risk such as weight loss, pressure sores or falls. No experience is needed, as an induction and training programme is provided, but the role calls for flexibility to cover varied tasks at short notice. A DBS check and proof of right to work in the UK are required.
