Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Night Care Assistant to join our Gloucestershire care home team. This is a night-shift role, 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with fully funded training and excellent career development.

No prior experience required beyond compassion and the right to work in the UK. We offer benefits including up to £12.91 per hour, refer-a-friend scheme (up to £1,000), Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension, and on-demand pay.
