Job summary

Agincare in Rochester is seeking a Night Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents during night hours. You will work in a close-knit care home team, building relationships and supporting daily routines with dignity and respect.

We offer £12.76 per hour, fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, refer-a-friend rewards, Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension, and on-demand pay. Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not available.

Opportunities Available:

• Night Care Assistant to work 24 hours per week from 8pm to 8am to include working alternative weekends.
• Night Care Assistant to work 36 hours per week from 8pm to 8am to include working alternative weekends.
• Previous experience working within a care home is required for these roles
