Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Night Care Assistant to support residents in our Gloucestershire care home. No prior care experience is required as full training is provided to help you develop essential skills and qualifications.

In this role you will deliver compassionate personal care, assist with medications, support daily living activities, and help create a warm, dignified, and safe environment for residents during night shifts.

Qualifications

• You don’t need previous care experience.
• No experience needed – full training provided.
• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• Able to work alternate weekends.
• 36 hours per week to include alternating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centered care
