Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Night Care Assistant in Weston-super-Mare. You will provide essential care, companionship and support with daily living activities at the care home, ensuring residents receive attentive and respectful care during night shifts.

The role offers full training up to QCF level 5, a refer-a-friend scheme, pension and other employee benefits. Previous care experience is beneficial but comprehensive training will be provided.

Qualifications

• 12 months right to work in the UK
• Part-time role: 24 hours per week, includes alternate weekends
• Full training provided in care

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Assist with personal care including washing, bathing, dressing, and oral care
• Prompt, assist, or administer medications as required
• Support with meals, snacks and hydration for residents
• Perform light domestic tasks and maintaining a clean living environment
• Assist mobility to promote independence
• Arrange and accompany residents on social activities and outings
