Job summary

Oakland Care in Chigwell is seeking a Night Care Assistant to provide compassionate, reliable support to our residents during the night. You will help with personal care activities and ensure comfort and safety for each resident.

You will monitor residents, perform checks, and maintain accurate records while keeping a calm, family‑like environment. The role is unpaid training with zero-hours engagement and nights, offering a supportive entry into care work.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude.

• Experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but training will be provided.

Responsibilities
