Oakland Care in Harpenden is seeking a Night Care Assistant to support our residents through the night with compassion and reliability. You will assist with mobility, personal care and meals, while maintaining a calm and safe environment.

Full-time position, 40.25 hours per week, paying £13.20 per hour. Comprehensive training is provided, and you will work as part of a supportive team dedicated to high-quality care for our residents.

Qualifications

• Be compassionate and caring.
• Be a true team player.
• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care and support to residents throughout the night.
• Assist with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
• Carry out regular checks and respond to night-time requirements.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
