Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Care Assistant in Cirencester to provide high-quality personal care and support to residents, building meaningful relationships and promoting wellbeing.

No prior care experience is required as full training is provided. You must have the right to work in the UK; the role offers 36 hours per week, including alternating weekends, with days and nights available and good career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience needed – full training provided
• Compassionate, patient and great with people
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
