Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Assistant to brighten residents' days at our Gloucestershire care home. No experience is required as full training is provided to help you start a rewarding career in care and grow with us.

You’ll work 30 hours per week, including alternating weekends, with day and night shifts available. Earn up to £12.91 per hour, plus benefits such as pension, on-demand pay and discount schemes.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
