Job summary

Agincare seeks a Night Care Assistant to brighten residents' lives at Gainsborough Care Home in Swanage. No previous care experience required; we provide fully funded training and clear career progression to help you grow within our growing family of care services.

You will work 42 hours per week, including alternating weekends, delivering high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines, and building meaningful relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• No experience needed – full training provided
• Compassionate, patient and great with people
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
• Able to work alternate weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
