Agincare Group in Frome is seeking a Night Care Assistant to support residents in a warm, compassionate home environment. No prior experience needed; full training is provided to develop your care skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; full training provided.
• You should be compassionate, patient and good with people.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Support residents’ activities, hobbies and social engagement.
• Promote residents’ dignity, independence and well-being.
