Job summary

Agincare's Fulford Care & Nursing Home in Littlehampton is seeking a Care Assistant. You don’t need prior care experience; full training will help you grow and develop a rewarding career in care.

You’ll work 36 hours per week with alternating weekends and day/night shifts. We provide funded training up to QCF Level 5, a Refer-a-Friend bonus scheme, pension, on-demand pay, and Blue Light Card discounts.

Qualifications

• No experience needed – full training provided
• Compassionate, patient and great with people
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
