Sugarman Health & Wellbeing Limited is seeking dedicated care staff for night shifts in Poole. The role involves supporting a male service user with MND at home, including vent and feeding support, with communication by eye gaze.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months professional UK care experience.
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills and the patience to work with an individual with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Support a male service user with MND at home, including vent requirements and communication via eye gaze.
• Follow detailed care plans and escalation protocols to ensure wellbeing and safety.
