You will assist with personal care, meals and daily activities while helping residents maintain their individuality and dignity. The role emphasizes safeguarding and continuous learning to deliver care from the heart.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care including washing, dressing and meals.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility while promoting independence.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents and monitor wellbeing.
• Follow care plans under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Ensure safeguarding and reporting of concerns per policy.
