Qualifications

• Previous care experience is desirable, though not essential.
• Willingness to be trained (Level 1 or 2 in social care encouraged).
• Good communication and listening skills; able to work as part of a team and adapt to a rota, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as a keyworker for a group of residents and support admissions.
• Develop and review individual care plans, including dementia care.
• Provide personal and social care in line with care plans to promote wellbeing.
• Uphold safeguarding, infection control and health and safety practices.
