Job summary

Langholme care home in Falmouth is seeking a Care Assistant (Nights) to provide personal and social care, supporting residents with dignity and independence. You will act as a keyworker, contribute to care plans and ensure high standards of safeguarding and wellbeing.

The role requires flexibility to cover a rota including weekends, with a salary of £15.47 per hour. Both full-time and part-time positions are available within a values-led, supportive team at MHA Langholme.

Qualifications

• Provide personal and social care with dignity and well-being.
• Support residents with dementia and life enrichment.
• Work with care plans and safeguarding, infection control, safety.

Responsibilities

• Act as a keyworker for a group of residents and support admissions.
• Develop and review individual care plans including dementia care.
• Provide care aligned with plans to enhance residents’ wellbeing.
• Uphold safeguarding, infection control and health & safety practices.
