Job summary
Colten Care is seeking a Night Care Assistant for Braemar Lodge Home in Salisbury, Wiltshire. The role offers a generous hourly rate from £13.84 to £16.16, with a 36-hour week including nights and alternate weekends, and paid breaks.
You will join a dedicated team supported by our Nursing staff 24 hours a day. We welcome applicants with a caring attitude; experience is not required as a comprehensive induction and ongoing training are provided, along with clear progression paths within Colten
Qualifications
- No prior care experience required; comprehensive induction provided.
- Positive, caring attitude essential.
- Willingness to be hands-on with residents.
- Good observation, organisation and attention to detail needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to residents during night shifts.
- Assist with daily living activities and comfort for residents.
- Support nursing team with care plans and documentation.
- Ensure a safe, calm, and respectful environment throughout the night.
