Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a Care Assistant for Brook View in West Moors, Dorset. You will join a friendly team delivering compassionate daily care to residents, with 42 hours per week and alternate weekends. We offer paid breaks, a competitive hourly rate (£13.09–£15.41) and clear career progression with full induction and training.

No previous care experience is required—your values and willingness to learn are valued. You’ll be supported by our Nursing team 24 hours a day as you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring attitude; no prior experience required.
• Willingness to be hands-on with residents and help as needed.
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
• Full induction and ongoing training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Work as part of a team with 24-hour Nursing support.
• Attend training and benefit from progression and development.
