Job summary

Colten Care’s The Aldbury in Poole is seeking a Health Care Assistant. We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care, offering a comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and real opportunities for career progression within our award‑winning, family‑owned group.

You will be hands‑on with residents, providing compassionate daily support, assisting with activities of daily living, and collaborating with our nursing team to ensure safety and comfort.
