Welford Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant for Stretton Hall Nursing Home in All Stretton, Church Stretton. Nights, 33 or 44 hours per week, full and part-time positions available. No sponsorship needed; full training provided.

You’ll support residents with care, activities, and daily living while working as part of a friendly team. We value compassion, good communication, and reliability, with opportunities for development and a formal induction.

Qualifications

• Experience isn’t required, but a kind personality is.
• Full training and ongoing development to build confidence and qualifications.
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residents’ personal care and mealtimes.
• Organise and participate in social and recreational activities.
• Provide support to maintain residents’ independence and dignity.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with the team.
