Job summary

Stow Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents with personal care, mealtimes and activities, under the supervision of a Senior Carer. You’ll help residents live fulfilling lives and maintain their dignity with kind, respectful care.

No prior experience? Full training is provided. We welcome flexibility, patience and a real 'people person' to join our award-winning team offering contracted hours, free uniform, DBS, staff meals and a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Full training can be provided if you do not have experience.
• Flexible, patient, a caring attitude, and a real 'people person'.
• A good level of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, mealtimes and activities under the supervision of a Senior Carer.
• Support residents to live fulfilling lives with kind and respectful care.
• Be available for alternate weekend shifts.
