Amica Care Trust in Exmouth is seeking compassionate Care Assistants (Nights) to join our welcoming home and support our residents with dignity, independence and wellbeing.

You will work as part of a friendly team, provide person-centred care, maintain clear records and follow safeguarding and infection control guidance. Previous care experience helps, but compassion and teamwork matter most.

Qualifikationen

• You will be caring, reliable and committed to making a positive difference to residents' lives.
• You will bring a kind and respectful approach, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in care is welcome, but what matters most is your passion for supporting people and working well as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Getting to know residents as individuals and supporting them in a way that reflects their personal needs, choices and routines.
• Helping residents with day-to-day activities while encouraging independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Building warm, positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues and visiting professionals.
• Noticing the small things that matter and sharing any changes or concerns with the team, so residents receive the right support.
• Keeping clear care records and communicating well with colleagues to help provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Working safely and thoughtfully, following guidance around safeguarding, infection prevention, confidentiality and wellbeing.
• Being part of a friendly team and helping to create a home where residents feel comfortable, respected and cared for.
